For boots, I highly recommend the NORMAL Legion Dungeon boots:
Legion Dungeon Leather

These ones are easiest to get, since they are from early bosses:
Bottines d'assombrisseur du bosquet - Archdruid Glaidalis, Darkheart Thicket
Protège-tibias de l'état de coque - Warlord Pajesh, Eye of Azshara
Bottes ouvragées de Rivelande - Amalgam of Souls, Black Rook Hold

The best boots for this set so far is Bottes sophistiquées de noble from Darkmoon Fair for 55 Darkmoon tickets.

Cuissardes des pas de l'ombre Are an option for boots, they clip a little but the colour matches decently if you don't have anything else.

It turns out that there are mythic boots in the game, but they are only on an NPC. Captain Kitt has the mythic boots on.

These might be the best as it's basically from the heroic set, despite not being exactly the same color Mules des fées turbulentes. Pretty cheap on my realm at AH.
