I'm not sure these are the correct bracers, but were the closest i could find:

Bracers - Poignes du chaos (Zone drop)

Edit: It turns out that these bracers match the red-ish recolor of the Mage T8 set, but there aren't any that match the normal one. :( At least you can't see 'em under the gloves.

I've been pursuing this set for a while now and have been mixing and matching for the belt and boots. As far as the boots goBottes vicieuses en tisse-feu works well with this, so doesBottes du convent infernal, Protège-tibias de gardien en soie and Mules marinières. None of them are the perfect matches but they have the same colors and look decent. As far as the belt goes, bothCorde de sanctification and Ceinturon maléfique work. Same thing with the boots, it's not the matching set but has the same colors and fits well. Hope this helps.

Some good matches:

Belt: Ceinture de belligérant en soie - The purple matches, and the pentagons are thematically appropriate (and gold!)
Shoes: Protège-tibias de gardien en soie - Not a perfect match. They look great on my gnome though :)

With this set, since there is no true matching belt, I like using the Ceinture du feu d'enfer. The colors are really close and the design works well.

I recently switched to this transmog set and I had a heck of a time finding off-pieces to match. I am a real stickler for matching transmog, so here's what I've found to match:

Belt - Ceinture de fausses promesses or Echarpe de caravane. Both are quest rewards, so if you've already completed both then, as other comments here have pointed out, Ceinture des âmes unifiées as well as Corde de rôdeuse (and their lookalikes) are some decent matches as well.

Boots - Finding matching boots for this set was the worst. I finally settled on Bottines de cruauté du gladiateur tyrannique. I like that the tan matches and they aren't big enough to cover the three little purple spikes at the bottom of the leggings, even if the dark grey doesn't quite match the dark purple. If you don't like them, then another option is Réplique des sandales de dévot. They're just a tad too bright in my opinion, but they are also small and don't cover the leggings.

My favorite sword/offhand set to pair with this (since that's what I'm currently using) are:

Sword - Lame phosphorescente (Lame éthérienne chapardée is another option)
Off-Hand - Lanterne de la flamme enchantée (this has several lookalikes)

If you've got something other than a sword then here are my favorites:

Dagger - Lame des amours malheureuses or Scalpel découpe-chair
Wand - Torche de l'étincelle céleste or Bâtonnet en cristal céruléen (plain, but it matches)
Staff - Bâton de malheurs anciens or Pétrisseur de Matsuba but Bâton cristal-de-feu would be easier to farm.
Off-Hand - Éventail de vents ardents

I don't ever show cloaks or equip tabards so you're on your own for those. =P

For those that like the look of the shoulders and helmet but want a robe instead, try Mendicant's Robe of Mendacity. The color scheme matches great and has a similar aesthetic.

I have found that Bottes du pâle cadavre are a very good match for the color of this set. They are from the Blood Prince Council (Prince Valanar) which can be soloed, however getting past gunship is impossible alone.

Looking through several boots, I think that Ruthless Gladiator's Treads of Meditation are a nice fit as they have a similar saturation and tone to the darker cloth parts.

I found that Corde de cruauté du gladiateur sans pitié goes well with this set, though I use Kirin Tor Offensive tabard with it, so it might not work as well without it.

Been using this for my mage for quite some time now and finally found perfect boots and belt to finish the set.

Belt - Echarpe de caravane

Boots - Escaladeurs de troglodyte the mythic version.

So sad almost all tier sets (if not all) are not complete,I wish Blizz recolor some of the items so we can finally have our tiers complete.

I know there are recolors, but it's just not the same.

Belts to consider with this set include Girdle of Endemic Anger, Malefic Girdle, Ruthless Gladiator's Cord of Cruelty, Flowing Sash of Order, Guardian's Mooncloth Belt, Cord of Sanctification (in fact, Lady Baihu and Archmage Lan'dalock both wear this belt with this set), and Caravan Sash. Boots to consider would be Cavedweller's Climbers (the normal raid, ilvl 670 version.), Tyrannical Gladiator's Treads of Cruelty, Bluegill Sandals, Frostwoven Boots, Replica Devout Sandals, and Sandals of Arcane Fury (heroic raid, ilvl 535 version).

Cloaks to consider would be Starblotter's Spellwrap, Impertient Student's Cloak, Barrage Dodger Cloak, Winding Sheet, Bishop's Cloak, Dory's Embrace, and Drape of the Violet Tower (this last one's gold is a bit too bright, imo).

Staves to consider are Sol's Magestaff (from the normal version of the Everbloom dungeon), Archus, Greatstaff of Antonidas (only drops in 25-player mode Icecrown Citadel), Exodar Life-Staff/Staff of the Redeemer, Arcana Spire Staff (requires achieving gold in all WoD challenge dungeons), Etherium Life-Staff, and Apostle of Argus (unfortunately the purple re-color of this as seen with Lady Baihu and Archmage Lan'dalock is not available to players).

If you managed to get Bâton d'archimage from the Theramore Event on your mage you should use it with this set. It fits perfectly.

Why would I want a set that looks like plate, if I'm going to use some foolish slippers? Crafted Dreadful Gladiator's Treads of Meditation is the way to go. I like big boots if I'm going to use a pant and no robe.

I finally decided to do some investigation into the belt and feet for this set. Before I say anything else I used the tier set pictures from worldofwarcraft.com as a reference for what pieces Blizzard had paired up with this set. Keep in mind if you use these pictures for any set there are some obviously horrible matches for some classes, but for this set in particular they weren't bad matches like some of the others. Here is what I found:

For the belt in the picture: Corde de sanctification can drop from Epoch Hunter in the dungeon Escape From Durnholde Keep in the Caverns of Time.

-There is also one look-a-like with the same color scheme, but it requires reputation with the Knights of the Ebon Blade (And if you are like me and your mage is an alt you may not feel like grinding the reputation).

For the boots in the picture: Sandales de l'ancien gardien.

-The belt can be a drop off of Auriaya in Ulduar (25 Man). There are 3 look-a-likes with the same color scheme:

1. Bottines du faux oracle from Yogg-Saron (25 Man)

2. Mules du sauveur from Tailoring

3. Bottes de la résolution embrasée from Flame Leviathian (25 Man).

There is also a look-a-like with a slightly different color scheme which is: Bottines de la lumière stellaire from Algalon the Observer (10 Man).
