There are no boots and waist models in game to match that. Such a shame, won't be using this one.

Unless Blizzard gives us the options to hide belts.

Sadly there isn't a matching belt/feet skin to this heroic set like it's normal (378) counterpart.
However I find the following items match rather nicely:

Belt - Ceinture de tempêtes arcaniques (Drops from Maloriak on heroic difficulty in BWD)
Shoes - Sandales du foule-braises (Drops from Shannox on heroic difficulty in Firelands)

I use the Arcanist Belt from Molten Core and heroic Janglespur Jackboots from Warmaster Blackhorn in Dragon Soul for this set. Fits perfectly. The waist is a better fit then the Ceinture de tempêtes arcaniques from Maloriak.

Tier 7 heroic (25 man was heroic during Naxx WotLK era) belt works from mage set too Ceinture de la dignité factice All three belts can work for both sets.
