This set is Alliance only. The horde equivalent is The Champion's Investiture. It is not the same color, and the headpiece is an ugly skull. :P

You won't be able to transmog lvl 60 pvp gear. I love the shoulders of this set. Just cannot use them. It's a shame.
Hope blizz will "fix" it later to let us use this look :P

You will not be able to transmog the gear currently linked from this page. The level 60 PVP gear from Orgrimmar/Stormwind that is purchasable with honor is not eligible for transmogrification. See here: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/3657275742?page=9#178

Important: You must have attained PVP rank 9 by the old PVP system in vanilla (and therefore have the Feat of Strength achievement Légionnaire/Chevalier-capitaine or higher) in order to purchase this gear.

There is currently no other way to obtain the transmogrifiable version of this set.

It is purchasable from Grex Poêlaucrâne in Area 52.

Players who are eligible to transmog this appearance need to have achieved Chevalier-capitaine/Légionnaire back in vanilla or 1800 RBG rating. They can purchase transmogrifiable versions from vendors in Area 52.
