If you open these pieces it says "This item is no longer available within the game" ? Is there a way to use them for transmog other than still having them from the Scourge Invasion?

Thank goodness for being a WoW armor hoarder. I contemplated deleting it, but decided it was too unique to get rid of.

These pieces were a reward/drop for/from killing undead in the run-up to wrath if memory serves. I had the set and rather foolishly deleted it :(

If you're Alliance and lucky enough to still have this set in your bags, I've found a belt and boots that compliment it well:

Each will set you back 10 Champion's Seals from the Argent Tournament. The Horde equivalents (Ceinture de la furie sauvage, Croquenots couverts de sang) don't seem to match quite as well.

Shame that have to use plate for plate. I found a pair of leather boots that matched this set perfectly :( Also does anyone know a good shield and mace and chest piece that matches this? (That is soloable to get)

This set made up the first epics my character got when I dinged level 70 during the Wrath Pre-Release event. I kept them for that reason, never guessing they would become useful again.

For others looking for a belt, I suggest trying Soul Sealed Belt. It looks amazing.

Personally, I am using my engineer goggles for the helm, I have the level 80 judgment crown, but it matches the tier coloring, not this set. If you want to show your head item, and don't have goggles, take a look at the Symbolic Crown. It's a simple band, not a full helmet.

Helm
I've been working on making this look like a complete set. Heaume de l'égide valeureux is my favorite matching helm. It's a shame its an Ulduar 10m run meaning friends required to obtain. It is unavailable for a warrior, and DKs need not worry, they wouldn't have the battlegear set anyways. A substitution I've made for the helm is Ventaille de la veille interminable (matches color pretty well).

Cloak, Belt, Boots
I've also come across the best cloak, belt, and boots to match (bracers are up to you since they aren't viewable). The Cape du fantôme noir, a world drop rare, and the Ceinturon de l'inébranlable, a Slave Pen's drop, are relatively easy to come by. The Grèves d'albâtre en plaques are a bit more tricky as they are world drops, and there are less people posting green quality items on the AH these days.

Weapons
The weapon(1h mace) & shield I've chosen is Assommoir à onde de choc & Bouclier des brumes. I specifically like Sul'thraze la Flagellante for a 2H sword

I submitted two tickets in an attempt to have these restored. Denied the first time so I thought I'd give it another go showing them the Tabard of the Argent Dawn to 'prove' that I was at least active in the scourge event. No go. Really quite a bummer. Tempted to take another stab at it... wish there was someone with precedence and a similar case as mine as I've heard that sometimes changes a GMs mind.

This set need to be removed as an option for Death Knights. Since they can not get it unless Blizzard plans on adding it to the Black Market.

For this set i use:

Lame forgée par les fantômes for MH

Bouclier de garde-esprit ouvragé for OH

Heaume-médecine empanaché for Head (im extremely satisfied about that one. Fits really well with the colortheme.)

Ceinture royale qiraji for Waist (still farming that one.....)

I've been wearing the original Judgement set for a while now, and I had this set lingering in my vault. I always kind of considered the original Judgement set to look more... blood elvish. You know, with the red and gold kind of thing. What gets me though, is that I look, SO much more like a blood elf paladin with this version. Stick the Quel'Delar, le Focalisateur d'esprit or Quel'Delar, la Puissance du fidèle on it, and it's gold (figuritively of course). I am in much agreement with the Bouclier des brumes as a shield too. It's a lot more unique too. Hope they bring it back in some other incarnation because it's great!

-- Oh I totally forgot to mention that Qian-Ying, Robustesse de Niuzao 's wing effect looks all right with this set (though the actual cloak I had to turn off). I had a hard time finding something that looked all right with the Niuzao wings. As a melee DPSer too, Gong-Lu, Force de Xuen 's Xuen wings and cloak look awesome with this.

Couronne de porteguerre is a neat color fit for all those circlet lovers.
For cape I would go with Cape des flammes infernales , even though those red and gold lines don't quite fit...
Also, Cuirasse du porteur de paquets is an impressingly well fitting replacement for the chest.

best matching pants for warriors was able to I find (in case you don't like the kilt): Garde-jambes du gladiateur cataclysmique en plaques
very well matching two-hand sword, but may be boring for most people: Epée du guet de l'Estran
if you want a bigger belt than royal qiraji this matches pretty well: Ceinturon des neiges

Will the new transmog system coming in Legion include this set in your catalog if you used to have it? I kept this gear until cata launched! I wanted the bag room and I felt sooooooo stupid for keeping useless old gear for so long -----_______________------

Gear like this should definitely be allowed to be purchased or earned somehow, sick of items being exclusive just because of a one time event or just being removed to make people think they're special or something.

Well with the release of the new Trading post, hopefully this set will get to see the light of day again. Hell, I'm hoping they give us a complete set, since the models for the helm, belt, and feet are already on Silver Highguard, it's really just a simple copy-paste to make them proper items.

Maybe the Parts of this Set are obtainable through the Quantum-Tokens from Chronolord Deios from the Dawn of the Infinite Mega-Dungeon. Hache sectionneuse from the classic Naxx and Wotlk pre Event is Obtainable through Quantum-Tokens.
