Ok guys, this is a long time in coming, but I'm going to not only finish what I had started in version 2, but Ulduar boe gear as well.
*Edit: Currently, the only place Ulduar drops are found, is in the consecutive list of all gear.*
As always, suggestions are always helpful and welcome, and if warranted, I'll try to fix what I can.
Glad you could make it to Geaing Up for Raids III. The gear is ordered from best to worst for your spec with a 4th list of all the possible gear a priest can get without ever stepping foot in a raid. I also included a list of the Glyphs you should be using and any item enhancements/enchantments/gems that you should use.
Note that any gear that doesn't have a requirment attached to it is craftable and BoE. Also, if something requires a specific proffession, it isn't included.

A consecutive list of all Priest GlyphsDisciplineHolyWhile there are 4 glyphs here to choose from, many Holy priests will argue that Glyph of Lightwell is worth it. Though, if you don't take the spell, your job will be much easier in choosing.
ShadowMinorPriests don't really have any good minor glyphs, with only 1 "required" glyph.
You pretty much can choose your next two, depending on what you think will bennifite you out the most.

I won't say which gems to get, because everone needs different stats. Try to use a gem to reach a soft cap in an area if you need to, or aim for whatever helps your current self out the most. I usually place a orange gem in a yellow socket and a purple gem in a blue socket.
Furthermore, there are no epic gems in here. None of this gear is worth the value of socketing an epic imo (unless your a JC).
Red GemsYellow GemsBlue GemsPurple GemsOrange GemsGreen Gems- Don't get any green gems. The bonuses they give you are worthless in compared to the other gems. However, if your tight on gold, green gems can be a cheap alternative to not socketing anything.

I'm still relatively new to the priest class (level 70 atm), but shouldn't the very accessible
Faces of Doom be included in the offhand list?
I'd say it ranks very high for both healing specs and does pretty OK for non-hitcap-struggling shadow priests.
Minor note: you listed Handbook of Obscure Remedies as 40 EoH.

Thanks for the suggestions, I only have about 10 min before I have to leave for work, so I can't do anything now, but I'll try to fix what I can when I get the time. For the most part, everything up there was just a c/p from v2, so very little has been modified, yet.
To awnser questions about some of the other gear listed, I only include level 80 gear, since trying to find every single piece would be a complete nightmare. Also, with the Ulduar BoE, they currently are only in the complete list of gear, as I havn't had a chance to weigh anything yet.
I can always double check how things are prioratized, but imo for disc, crit, especially when first gearing up, is much more valuable than haste. The pros for crit is that it'll offer more healing per mana (hpm) and a better chance to proc
DA; the cons being a better chance for overheal. The pros for haste being better healing per second (hps) and the ability to switch targets faster; the cons being you oom faster. As stated earlier, longevity is a struggle early on, especially for disc w/ the rapture nerf in 3.1.
However, I can make an effort to reprioratize this list where applicable, but first I want to finish it.
