Do I have to be level 100/have a level 3 garrison? I'm standing in front of my grave and Pepe isn't there even after a /reload ui. I'm 97 and have a level 2 garrison.

The little guy is an object, much a like his other achievement J’ai trouvé Pépé !, that being said, you cannot target him.

He can be found in your garrison, on top of a tomb stone at the graveyard, BUT ONLY during the Hallow's End event (18th October - 1st November):
For alliance, that's (40, 70).
For horde, that's (71, 90).

When clicked, the achievement is awarded right away. He will also accompany you for an hour with his Scarecrow form and you will also receive Minuscule costume d'épouvantail in your bag. Finally, he is reusable, and doesn't disappear like the original one does, thus you can have him accompany you in his Scarecrow form the entire Hallow's End event.

He sits on the Ray D. Tear gravestone for alliance and isn't in a level 2 Garrison for me at 99. I'll hit 100 soon so will test at 100 and a level 2 garrison and update.

Edit: He is not at a level 2 Garrison at 100 but is at a level 3 Garrison.

For the achievement Un ami effrayant, Pepe can be found in the cemetery of your garrison and you will get Minuscule costume d'épouvantail.
Alliance: The cemetery is located opposite the Druids cave. When you enter your garrison, go left. (Level 3 garrison).
Horde: The cemetery is behind the mine (Level 3 garrison).

You can see Pepe at the cemetery only during the Hallow's End.

This achievement will be unlocked upon acquiring Minuscule costume d'épouvantail, which can be found both in Horde and Alliance garrison graveyard (garrison must be level 3). It is also very likely that this costume/achievement will be only obtainable during the Hallow's End event. Macro to make it easier to find:

It should be noted: even though when you right-click on Spooky Pepe you get the 'Pepe' one-hour buff, that buff does not count if you're working on the What a Strange, Interdimensional Trip It's Been

If you're horde and stupid like me and have had trouble finding Pepe and/or you don't use coordinates, he is at the back/bottom/south part of your level three garrison between the mine and the herb garden. There is a short path leading out of the garrison - take it all the way to the back and Pepe is atop one of the large headstones there.

Using the Minuscule costume d'épouvantail consumable (that you get with this achievement) permanently alters your character, but not in an obvious way, just like Enseignements des Traquesabres : Tailleroute. It's like you gain a permanent invisible buff. Of course you can tell you are altered when normal Pepe happens to be dressed up, or you can just run:

You can get him from a friend's garrison aswell. I just did it.

Between your mine and your herb garden there is a path to the left .... follow it up and you will see him on the headstone to the left.

Alliance Graveyard is in the South-West corner. You don't need a YouTube video for that. Go to the South-West corner of your Level-Three Garrison.

Hi all

On This achievement Un ami effrayant You need to find Pepe wearing his spooky scarecrow costume. He is located inside your garnison on cementary 40 70 ( for ally ). You need to press on him to reach achi. This achi is from Hallow's End Sanssaint list.

For alliance players, to get access to the cemetery (where Pepe is), you need to upgrade your Town Hall to level 3.

Mine was at level 2 and I lost a lot of time running around the small graveyards outside of the garrison until finding out that.

This awards Minuscule costume d'épouvantail (the item itself is consumed on use) which shows Pepe wearing a scarecrow costume.
The costume is NOT account wide.

He can be found in your Warlords of Draenor Garrison.
Your Town Hall must be level 3.

He is located in your Garrison cemetery. After locating him, just click on him.
Horde Coords | 70,89
Alliance Coords | 40,70
