Blight Boar is a mini-game at the Darkmoon Faire.
The concert event starts every hour on the half hour.

The concert takes place in an area with lots of Undead NPCs called the Cauldron of Rock. The Cauldron of Rock has a spooky stage and is surrounded by gravestones.
Every half hour, the Undead NPCs run into the area to catch a show! Producer Jay McGuire introduces Blight Boar and the NPCs all start dancing.
Periodically, a rare elite will spawn which you must defeat. This is a boss, the Chevalier Dess Métal, who hits very hard!

How To Win:

During the performance, in order to gain points as a fan, you must protect the band.
You score points by defeating the Chevalier Dess Métal and the Ghouls who spawn from the graves around the band and walk slowly towards the stage.
Stage diving also gives you points as a fan!
You will go from Amateur to Admirateur to Adorateur and finally to Plus grand fan as indicated by a debuff on your character.

Rewards:

New Cage Helms: Heaume-cage riveté de chaînes, Heaume-cage légèrement matelassé, Heaume-cage bordé de cuir, Heaume-cage renforcé d'acier. The use effect for the Guitar, Riffs mortels résonnants, transforms your character into Tête-de-Fer who is wearing a similar helm.
Microphone des Sangliers noirs: Channel an epic Blight Boar performance. (30 Min Cooldown). Also transforms you into band member Devlynn Styx.
Nécromédès, la Résonance mortelle is an epic transmoggable guitar.

Achievements:

Star du rock ! Participate in the Blight Boar concert.
Pogo Don't allow any ghouls to reach Delvin Styx during the Blight Boar concert.
These ghouls spawn from the graves around the stage.
Performance parfaite Participate in a perfect performance of the Blight Boar concert.
This includes not allowing any ghouls to reach the stage and gaining a perfect score.
Perform a stage dive during the Blight Board concert.
To earn this achivement, jump off the stage through the fiery hoops!
Tournée magistrale Have each of the band's roles assigned to you after participating in the Blight Boar concert.

For this specific achievement, all you have to do is to be there and possibly tag the Chevalier Dess Métal who spawns immediately at the cave entrance when the concert begins. Wait out the whole event until the artist is done and the achievement should pop.

It starts every hour on half the hour. Jay Maguire will announce how much time there is left every ten minutes or so:

Jay Maguire yells: If you're interested in gettin' down, the Blight Boar concert starts in twenty!
Jay Maguire yells: Blight Boar is playing their underground show on the east side of the island! Your headliner Blight Boar goes on in ten minutes!
Jay Maguire yells: One minute till Blight Boar takes the stage! Join us in the Cauldron of Rock on the east side of the island.

Be careful: using Divine Shield (and probably other kind of immunity like Ice Block or Cloak of Shadow) remove the Fan buff and prevent you to get any achievement.

To get this achievement, you need to wait a minute or two AFTER the Death Metal Knight is dead. Devlynn Styx will spawn and start throwing some light AOE (Similiar to the spell you learn on Argus) on the ground (standing in it changes your "fan" points). After a few AOE, the achievement will pop.

Demo lock here. Found this out totally by mistake. I was just outside the Cauldron of Rock and didn't have my main demon summoned. I sent in my Dreadstalkers with the idea of letting them do some hitting as I summoned my Felguard. The Death Metal Knight comes out to get me... and despawns. Worse, that ends the concert for the next hour. I have to think this is a bug, of a sort.

Nevertheless, once you engage, stay in the Cauldron of Rock cave!
