General info:

There are total 29 rare mob encounters across Le Bastion you need to defeat to earn the achievement.
As usually they are different - level, difficulty etc. Some can be soloed only by group (unless you are epic geared DK/DH).
Rare mobs also have different respawn timer - from minutes to hours.
The drop is mostly good in the Shadowlands addon - toys, companions, gear to transmog. Thats good at all.

Note 1 Sigilback, Nemaeus, Cloudtail, Aethon share same event and it's kinda hard to activate because npc is inactive most of the times.
Note 2 Worldfeaster Chronn, Embodied Hunger, Xixin the Ravening shared event spawns in several locations: 52.21 32.82 / 63.51 36.01 / 56.03 14.62 / 47.99 42.96 / 59.65 51.43
Note 3 Ascended Council can be hard to summon and requres you to ring Vespers in 5 locations, but you should do it fast. Each vesper invites 1 npc (Champion de loyauté, Champion de courage, Champion d'humilité, Champion de pureté, Champion de sagesse) for the fight and eventually you will fight all of them. The problem is Vespers are active for 5 minutes after anyone used one of them. So you need to trigger 5 vespers (multiple players can trigger each vesper) in 5 minutes or wait for respawn.
Note 4 Wingflayer the Cruel and Sotiros & Orstus require a players with Kyrian Covenant to activate. You need to activate Anima Conductor (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OfOamZNZubo) in the Elysian Hold (main Kyrian base) to channel The Temple of Courage for Wingflayer the Cruel or Citadel of Loyalty for Sotiros & Orstus. For Sundancer, you don't need to actually capture it for credit. Someone else can do the capture and all you need to do is be there for the kill. The person who does the capture has 100% chance to get the mount while you have a 10% chance. Even if you don't get the mount, you'll get achievement progress.

As of 9.1, the criteria is now "complete 15 of the following special encounters in Bastion." I logged in on my Kyrian who did not complete it prior to the patch, and was awarded it. The other "adventurer" achievements were also changed.
