Start by learning Shadowlands Cooking from Chef Au'krut (/way 46.2, 25.6), in the Hall of Shapes (Ring of Fates level) in Oribos.

The first two recipes you'll learn are Biscuits and Caviar & Pickled Meat Smoothie. Additional recipes require Shadowlands cooking skill of at least 10, so it's helpful to have some Lost Sole and/or Aethereal Meat in your inventory already so you can skill up and learn more recipes without having to go get those ingredients.

Additional ingredients needed for those recipes can be purchased from Distributor Au'van (/way 46.6, 26.0) located right by the cooking trainer.
