You get Ça me revient… after combine 1 Legendary Recipe with 2x different Missives on the quest Les derniers morceaux.

To complete this quest you need 1x Legendary Recipe (Rune Vessel) and 2x different Missives.

You got Legendary Recipe by doing various activities in Shadowlands.
Legendary Recipe example: Souvenir d’un Sacrifice de vitalité.

To get the missives you need Inscription Shadowlands or buy in Action House.

Missives List:

After collect the Rune Vessel and 2x different Missives go to Runomancien and click on your Rune Vessel to combine the items and complete the quest.

To get the achievement just click on the legendary recipe as you stand next to him, you learn it and get the achievement, you don't need the quest or the items, think something changed.
Afterwards it shows up in your Powers tab in the adventure guide.

Just head into the Runecarvers Room and while you are inside right click your legendary Recipe and you get the achievment.
