Just found this in my achievement window 2 weeks before Noblegarden will take place. This seems to be a new event boss for Noblegarden in Dragonflight. He spawns in Forêt d’Elwynn at /way 30,70 91,39, ( /way 44,45 35,10 in Durotarand drops an item that leads to the quest Une bête à plumes granting Panier rempli de butin that can contain Tapis volant noble, a few greens (transmog) orŒuf vivement coloré once per day per character. You have to be level 60 or higher to loot the blue basket. Below level 60 you will receive Panier bourré de butin which does not "drop" the mount. According to WoWhead, the mount has a 1 % dropchance..

This is new Noble Garden event boss. Durotar spawn coords are 44.34 35.37
In order to spawn it, you have to drag a golden egg on top of the nest.
Dropped Bijou du Jardin des nobles which starts quest for: Panier rempli de butin which contained 1 Œuf vivement coloré
Mount ( Tapis volant noble ) chance should be once per char per day.

In order to get achievement Tueur à couac you just need to kill a rare called Daëtan Vifpanache (A) / Daetan Swiftplume (H)

Try your luck to get a new mount Tapis volant noble. The mount seems to be a rare drop from the Panier rempli de butin. (Like 1% drop)
*Not to be confused with Panier bourré de butin. That looks like to have the exactly same loot except for the mount!

The basket is a reward for completing a daily quest Une bête à plumes / Une bête à plumes from an item called Bijou du Jardin des nobles.
Panier rempli de butin is rewarded for all 60-70 lvl characters once per day. *For character lower than 60 the loot will be the Panier bourré de butin instead.

Durotar at /way #1 44.43 35.09 Daetan Swiftplume (H)
*You can see him often on the map as a "rare" yellow star titled "Large Duck Nest".
Tip: You can play the Easter egg hunting on your own or you can just stay and wait. Only one person is needed to summon and there are planty ppl now.

In order to summon this rare you should find a Golden Egg (A) / Golden Egg (H) and drag it into the nest. (Giant egg; easily visible.)
The egg is targetable. You can use: /tar Golden Egg

Note: The egg seems to be really buggy. Try to avoid dragging the egg through the water and do NOT mount up!

Horde is bugged on live, pulling the egg into the nest despawns the egg and does not spawn the Rare.

Below is a list of all the items available from Panier rempli de butin, which is rewarded for completing Une bête à plumes / Une bête à plumes. This quests is started from Bijou du Jardin des nobles which drops once a day per level 60-70 character from Daetan Swiftplume located in either /way #37 30.24 91.46 Forêt d’Elwynn or /way #1 44.42 35.09 Durotar and appears to have a respawn timer of 5-10 minutes. Killing this mob will also award the achievement Tueur à couac. Items include 6 transmog pieces and a mount:

Daetan Swiftplume is a new rare added in 2024's Noblegarden and has a few transmog pieces and a mount as a new reward.

Daetan spawns from the Large Duck Nest and the nest is always up but you need to drag a really large egg to it in order to spawn Daetan. The egg usually spawns in the surroundings and is known to have an aproximate 5-10 minute respawn. You need to grab it and walk it to the nest. More people grabing it may carry it faster.

Alliance - Elwynn Forest
Nest is near the river and the egg is usually found at Stonefield Farm. Note: It could be inside of the barn, so be sure to check it.

Horde - Durotar
Same as Alliance, the egg spawns in the surroundings but it may be easier to find in the Southfury Watershed.

Killing Daetan will give you Une bête à plumes / Une bête à plumes that is a daily quest that give you Panier rempli de butin as a reward. The basket always rewards you with a Brightly Colored Egg and has a chance to give you the new Tapis volant noble or pieces of the Spring's Reveler Turquoise Set.

Edit: Same as other events, the Panier rempli de butin only drops for 60+ characters. For 59- it will be a Panier bourré de butin who just drops Spring's Reveler Turquoise pieces but not the mount.
