So Enhanced Purification Protocols grants the Rank 3 version of the Essence, which is obtained after reaching Rank 2 and purchased for 20 S.P.A.R.E. Crates and 8 Galvanic Oscillators after reaching Exalted with the Rustbolt Resistance faction. NOW not 40 S.P.A.R.E. Crates and 15 Galvanic Oscillators could plz update then remove my comment thanks

I got to Exalted, didn't purchase at a lower level of honor, now Rank 1 isn't available.

Really? I have to level this on an alt with Rustbolt rep all the way to level 3 before I can use it on ANOTHER ALT?

I just purchased all three ranks at Exalted in 8.3. The costs were as follows:

Rank 1: 1 Caisse de P.1.È.C.3.S.
Rank 2: 3 Caisse de P.1.È.C.3.S., 2 Oscillateur galvanique
Rank 3: 4 Caisse de P.1.È.C.3.S., 3 Oscillateur galvanique

I'm not sure if these costs are lower than other people have mentioned due to my being Exalted, or whether Blizz just reduced the costs.
