At 70.6 74.6 in Uldum there's a structure that has 4 Acolytes of N'zoth channeling a spell around it, they respawn very fast, I completed my quest pretty quickly killing those.

Great Tip - worked like a dream ! There was also a Void Tear right next to the platform for those who need the Void Keepers.

They are also on the Walkway near the Nya'lotha raid entrance.

When the center assault is up, there's a basin at 58, 82, where 6 Acolyte de N'Zoth stand around and channel. I found that a good spot.

I'm not sure if any other class have a way to do this, but there's a very easy way for hunters to knock this quest out. Head to anywhere you can find an Acolyte of N'zoth riding a Writhing Horror (I was at Neferset City around 50, 70 when I found this by accident).

Lure them down to the ground, and set a freezing trap. Dismiss your pet or have it on passive, and use nothing but single-target attacks to kill just the Acolyte, without damaging the Horror. Once the acolyte dies, toss down another freezing trap and then feign death. The pair will be stuck on the ground, but since their aggro is reset, the Acolyte will respawn.

Simply rinse and repeat -- the longest thing is waiting for Feign Death to come off cooldown.
