Created by interacting with the small Gormling in cave "The Root Cellar", named Squeazums. Mixy Mak can make you a drink with it to meet the requirements of "relaxing" in the cave. Also in the Root Cellar is an intoxicated fae. Ask Mixy Mak, and figure out which on is the real Sodden Fae. You may also interact with a Witcher reference, and play some instruments.

Used by Mixy Mak when you have collected some as requested to make a drink, Gormelet as part of the quest from Marasmius called Saut dans l’inconnu (one of several versions of this quest).

Looks like the mechanic is broken with Dragon Flight pre-patch. I can get the juice, just never give it to Mixy Mak, she is stuck requesting the Gorm "juice".
