Around 44, 49 in Maldraxxas, kill Neonates and Galescreamers for a chance to drop the blight-touched egg. After 5 days the egg hatches into this mount.

You do NOT have to kill named elites to get this egg. I was actually farming for Tahonta and got a couple of the neutral non-elites in my AoE and got the egg.

Got this within 5 minutes of farming Neonate Bonetooth's around 44,53 in Maldraxxus

Not the best comments on this page, so here ya go: East of theater of pain is by far the best place to farm. There are groups of clusters of the small neonate bonetooth 17k hp - Kill those. I kill them in a circle, then realm-hop, new round, leave that and continue on my own shard.

Ranged will be faster most likely, bit clunky to farm it as a feral druid. Anyway after 45 mins of efficient farming I was lucky to get it.

It took me an unfortunate 1145 Neonate Bonetooth mobs before I got an egg

Confirmed still able to receive it from the 44 - 51 area in Maldraxxus, received mine today after Dragonflight launched. Happened to hit level 61 while farming lol
