Loot from my second crate for quest Voie de l’Ascension : Azaruux (I'm Engineer / Miner, so it seems it don't care about what is your profession):
- Cuir désolé x75
- Os blafard x15
- Peau cruelle x15

3rd crate for Voie de l’Ascension : Alderyn et Myn’ir was exactly the same as the second one (75 Cuir désolé 15 Os blafard.and 15 Peau cruelle)

What a disappointment...I thought by crafting materials, they meant the crafting materials for the Path of Ascension stuff which I thought was really cool. (I should have checked here first.) I probably won't bother at this point unless I need to do someone anyway - ~~The medallions are too hard to come by to waste on regular crafting mats; I use up enough on failing the fights as it is~~. (thank goodness this is no longer a thing!)

it does not give anything related to the path of ascension, not really worth it to waste the medallions unless you are going to do it anyway.
