If those 2 sockets are real, then, guys, we've been presented one of the BiS Trinkets for Timewalking (and Mage Tower from Legion's TW) :D.

It already gives a fixed primary stat, and a random secondary. You see fit for which trinket you'd use on second slot for TW.

Wondering what the proc rate is for this thing, 300 secondary stat is quite good.

It doesn't seem to proc as a melee. Or at least as a Warrior. Perhaps because it says "Spells" means some melee can't actually proc it

I looted this out of one of the seven sand piles as part of the Du sable, du sable, partout du sable ! achievement, which you can do after obtaining seven Passe-partout spatial from specific treasures around Zereth Mortis.

This trinket procs a lot, also the procs do not share the same cooldown, so at often times you will have all 4 active at the same time making this trinket quite strong.

I wish they would have kept putting PPM on trinkets like they did in SoO, it would make it much easier to gauge if something is total garbage compared to lower ilvl things that look worse without that info. But no, I have to use a third party sim site to determine that this is a huge downgrade over a 10 ilvl lower Pièce porte-bonheur de négociant

My druid got a 246ilvl of this trinket, with no socket. The tool tip on the trinket states it increases the secondary stat by 300. Will sim this later today. I'm replacing my Unbound Changeling if this sims better.
