Found this on the beta in a Tuskar lockbox somewhere around 8,40 .

I was on my DH at the time who is not a BS, and didnt care because it was a shield, but I figured someone may be trying to farm for this in the future and would like to know where I got it. The seething seakelps were in the area and I thought the box was just a regular resources box, but it doesnt have the map icon, so youll only be able to spot it visually by seeing that purple outline.

Im also unsure if it was just a chance at a drop, but because the pattern is BoP, im inclined to believe its a static drop from that box.
