You can use these in any zone that has a tour of duty achievement and it will count towards the total honor.

Used mine in Thaldraszus and promptly achieved Tour de garde : Thaldraszus

A great example of another useless item that, if it could be purchased from a vendor and sent to alts. Would be great, but seeing as it cannot and it takes barely 2 days of constant PvP to get 15,000 honor, there's little if any point to this item.

In two days of full PvP I got about 15,000 honor and managed to get only about 6 of these from chests. So hardly much of a start to gear up an alt with entry level PvP gear...

As of Patch 10.1 this item changed name from "Medal of Honor" to "Cracked Medal of Honor" and is now useless. It used to give 150 honor points.
