For those without TomTom, the building is found under the word "Sapphire" on Valdrakken map.

Rewards for first turn in: 200 x Dragon Isles Supplies and 200 reputation with Dragonscale Expedition
Rewards for consecutive turn-in: 50 x Dragon Isles Supplies and 150 reputation with Dragonscale Expedition (for 5x tokens) and 10 x Dragon Isles Supplies and 30 reputation (for single token).

The quest "More Than a Prison?" Gave me 200x reputation with dragon scale expedition.
The repeatable mission "Vault Artifacts" gave me 150 reputation with dragon scale expedition and x250 "Dragon Isles Supplies" the first time, consecutive deliveries gave 30 reputation with Dragonscale Expedition and x10 Dragon Isles Supplies.

The rep reward for this is pathetic since beyond max rep you need 8500 for the trubute cache

30 rep is pathetic and 10 supplies is pathetic. World quests give more than that.

unlike the other rep tokens, these don't seem to become bind on account once you've maxed your rep

As of Dragonflight Season 4, turning this in grants 500 reputation & 200 supplies for your first turn-in, and 75 reputation & 10 supplies for each additional turn-in.
