Make sure to use these up and loot the Secured Shipment before you turn in the quests, or it will take all of these Wards away and you'll have to start over.

You collect these from the elite mobs, rares, etc. Once you have 5 you will see a yellow dot on your screen where you can turn them in for a key item. You need to turn in 3 sets of 5 (for 3 total keys) to open the chest (that contains gear, etc.).

The Suffusion Camp: Cinderwind world quest seems to be bugged out. I've gotten 4 of these wards (need 5 for WQ) and no matter how many elites I kill, I'm getting 0 drops and the mobs are no longer highlighted for me to denote they are even a quest objective. I've been at this for way longer than is probably intended. I'm unable to complete the WQ.

edit: I completely left the WQ area and then went back. Then the last ward dropped. So if you're having the same issue, just leave the world quest area and then go back. I probably won't bother with these camps going forward except to get the 3 keys and leave if this super low drop rate is actually intended. The low rep reward just isn't worth it for how long this took.

You can get Wards of Fyrakk by turning in the Wards of Igira to the Suffusion Crucibles. The Wards of Igira are a lot easier to get.

Lvl 68, finished the quests and now with 8 Wards of Fyrakk in my bags, I'm unable to turn in more. Is there some rule or limit that I don't know of?

I think Blizz have nerfed the drop rate of these with patch 10.2.6

They used to have 100% drop rate from every silver rare summon by the wards of Igira, now I got 1 from 5 kills
