As I already had all 3 digs done this week, I could only test the trash piles and smelly disturbed dirt, as well as ritual offerings and stolen stashes within the zaralek caverns:

Ritual Offerings and Stolen Stash never gave me any.

Smelly Disturbed Dirt Treasures and Smelly Trash Piles gave me about 3-7 of these with something like a 20% chance per Treasure/Pile
They also gave 4-7 Temporal Vestigial.

Hey,

I did 3 runs of map diggin and after that I ended with 39/50, I then proceed to farm semelly trash pille in Zaralek Cavern, it's not guarantee loot but in 30 min I got the rest

You will have to fly around the cavern to find the piles but it's pretty easy

Update:

i was really lucky or the drop rate was raised: needed 24 of the spores, never did this digging before. Got a shovel and after 20 minutes i had my lacking 24 - maybe about 10 dig piles i had to find.

August 9, 2023: I had already done 3 digs for the week before looting the Cracked Titan Gem. I had another map in my inventory, did a 4th dig, received zero Fleeting Glowspores.

I proceeded to loot treasures in the Zaralek Cavern. It seemed maybe 50% of them dropped Fleeting Glowspores. I collected 51 within an hour, realm hopping only once.

I saw them drop from all types of treasures, including Smelly Disturbed Dirt, Smelly Trash Piles, and Ritual Offerings.

so i did some digs but after the 6th it started to give 0 spores and after another 4 digs yeah its probably week capped so i had to go for treasures

I did 4 digs with myrrit and got 17/50, got the rest by finding smelly trash piles and zaqali pots. You can also try to change shards to find more ritual offerings and smelly piles.

Anyone having issues with these not dropping since 10.2 came out? i just did 3 digs back to back and didn't get any Fleeting Glowspores.

Update: its been 3 months and i still haven't had any drop from the digs since the new patch. just did 3 more digs and none have dropped at all.

Update: after asking for help via GM, they said they fixed it. Didn't work still. So I decided why not abandon the quest and reacquire it to see if that would work. It did. First smelly treasure, I got 18 of them. Wish I would have done it a long time ago.
