I received this in a Paracausalité contenue at the end of a Time Rift today.

Contained in Paracausalité contenue which dropped at conclusion of a time rift event. The same Paracausalité contenue also contained Amas paracausal. (Note that both are BoA)

The Paracausalité contenue dropped for both for my first toon of the day and 3 hours (& 3 Alts on the same account) later a second one dropped for an Alt toon. It appears that Paracausalité contenue is a random drop at the conclusion of rift events. Enjoy!
