Kinda sad pepe currently only goes at walking speed in his sleigh! submitted in game feedback to increase this for that full pepe adventure experience!

I got this in my 4th stolen present on day 1. Small sample size so far, it might have a big droprate on the first loot of the day like the other holiday items, or it might be an ok droprate. Happy Hunting :)

got it from first present, it's a cool idea but it kind of has a lot of issues that just makes it inferior to the old whistle like not being able to keep up with you while flying or just despawning forever if you get phased, if you fly too fast it removes the buff completely, it doesn't share a cooldown with the other whistles but you also can't have both at the same time or the demon hunter one, also it seems to pick the default pepe more often than the other ones for some reason

Had this drop with my seventh character of the day, along side an Illusion: Flames of Ragnaros (which I had already learned on the account a prior year). All characters are level 70. Still trying for the new manuscript.

Seems relatively high drop rate. Though when I summoned Pepe with it he was in a Voodoo mask... they weren't playing the part! :<

Got this on my first gift. Summons Pepe (outfit varies each summon) in a small sleigh. Love the constant jingle sounds around it.

I got it on my 19th attempt (total) and 14th attempt of the day. Also, just in case anyone else is wondering whether it's a prerequisite to have the Sifflet oiseau trans-dimensionnel - it's not. I got it without having the original whistle.
