Useable while mounted

I suggest turning on something like Handy Notes, because even the normal rares count towards this and they don't show on the map from far away.

I was having so much trouble with this. Either I'd lose the buff mid fight or it wouldn't cast at all.

So the 2 things I learnt

1 - Take stopcasting out of any macros.
2 - You have to use the item before entering combat. Otherwise it won't work. Get out of combat and then use it.
