I wonder if they put hit and mastery on it so both melee and tanks could benefit from it. Hit for threat and mastery for avoidance/mitigation.

This relic could be considered a reference to Samson fighting off the Philistines in the Old Testament. Maybe that is why H3R4T1K commented about 1,000 people.
