She'll often make comments about hte quests you're doing while in the valley of the four winds and after you do them. Like the muddy water quest. Which she doesnt appreciate tagging along for.

i'am gonna keep her for as long as i can to see what comments she has and how far it goes

The icon's inaccurate, as her wishing stone appeared in the Pearl of Pandaria comic and looks nothing like a hearthstone. It's a cartoony panda head made of a green stone, probably jade.

Li Li uses it to wish to find her uncle Chen, but on a stormy night in Azshara tosses it into the mud when she's upset and believes it's just a hunk of junk. She's kidnapped by the fel orc Rajhak and held hostage. However, as Rahjak takes Li Li away the wishing stone in the mud glows. Chen later arrives out of nowhere to save Li Li, saying the stone told him.
