This gem requires a level 88 player to use. This is for leveling players that are typically not going to keep it for long so it's usually less expensive to buy from a jewelcrafter or on the auctionhouse. Perfect gems are a bonus found by jewelcrafters while prospecting metal ore (they find the expected gem/s plus the perfect gem). Boucle de ceinture en acier vivant is the most common place to put it. But if you don't mind the stigma of having a "low level" gem in your 90 gear the lower cost is perfect for you. At level 90 a Rubis primordial délicat can be used but this doesn't effect gear score.
