Prominent NPCs with Alternate Universe Undead Models & Titles on the 10.1.5 PTR

Several prominent NPCs have gotten new alternate universe undead models on the 10.1.5 PTR. Vereesa Windrunner, Uther, and Thassarian not only received an incredible undead glowup, but they've come with some interesting titles suggesting a very different timeline for the Scourge and Forsaken then what we currently know today.
There are many peculiar things happening within the timelines during Fractures in Time, so we don't actually know where these NPCs are featured just yet. It seems likely that they could be part of the
Time-Lost Battlefield
encounter between the alternate universe forces within the
Dawn of the Infinite mega-dungeon
. However, the notoriety of the NPCs suggests they might be part of a larger quest-driven narrative instead.
Vereesa Windrunner, The Banshee Queen
It appears that in this alternate timeline, a different Windrunner sister became the Banshee Queen. What led Vereesa to acquiring this dark mantle, and what happened to her sister Sylvanas that she would be spared her main timeline fate?

Uther, The Deathbringer
With 'Deathbringer' being a play on his main timeline title 'Lightbringer', Uther as a death knight suggests that his soul was not carried into the Shadowlands but was reborn as an undead force of darkness. Did Uther take the place of Arthas as the herald of the undead?

Thassarian, Hand of the King
While it's not exactly shocking to see Thassarian as an undead death knight, what's interesting here is his title 'Hand of the King'. Are they referring to King Anduin or another King altogether? Has Thassarian supplanted Turalyon as the chief advisor to the alliance king in this alternate timeline? It would definitely make for an interesting comparison where in our timeline the light through Turalyon advises Anduin and this alternate timeline the Alliance King is advised by a representative of the darker force of undeath.
