Rogues: quick reminder about these footlockers, they require a little bit more of a higher skill to unlock vs the ones in Zangermarsh. They will move your LP skill a little faster when you get to or around 340.

The quick facts is wrong. I'm 235 skill lockpick, and the dented footlockers are orange skill.

Generally one kind of locker will get you either 25 orange skill and another 25 yellow skill = 50 skill total.

Scarlet Footlocker -Skill 250 The deal with these is you'll be able to find like....3 that are away from the Elites aggro range. So Pick Pocket all the Scarlet people for Heavy Junkboxes. They will be your primary source of skill-uping. You will find out that trying to fight more than one of the Elites is harder that It looks...even at 65th level.

also, don't forget to pickpocket every mob you see.I just did this and ended up getting all the strongboxes I needed to level LP instead of having to find footlockers.

I took my lockpicking up to 385 on these boxes and they were still green-skill-level (I was getting 1pt per 4-5 boxes) to me before I said screw it and spammed Trade chat to open people's Froststeel boxes.

You can actually use these all the way to 400. They go green at 375 I believe but stay green all the way to 400 and I was still able to skill up of of every one or two.

I can confirm this still works in 3.1.3. I just took my level from 386 to 400 in about 20/30 minutes. I would guess my level up chance percentage per locker was about 90% which is more than acceptable. Also it is true they stay green all the way up to 400.

The Footlockers are usually close to the walls and on the debris close to the palisade with 1-2 in the small house and 2-4 inside the big circular building. The circular building has 1-2 at the inner circle usually and another one around the room, close to the weapon racks. There is usually also a pair of those in the upper stables, while i haven't encountered any on the bottom stables. There are on quite a short respawn timer, and till you do a full run the first will have usually respawned already. A very good way to level your lockpicking to 400.

in my exp, and apparently some others, these boxes seem few and far between, if you have epic flying your best bet is to fly between zangar and here for spawns and hit them all assuming no one else is lping, zangar apparently can level you to 400, and a full circle of both areas during respawn was amazing leveling speed

No longer needed ... in 4.0.1 the Lockpicking skill became something you get based on your level just like weapon skills. Posting just in case it saves someone the wasted time that I just spent wondering why these weren't levelling up my skill :)
