With the addition of the new whispers on 5/23/19 I've been trying to translate them. They seem to be written in Shath'Yar, the usual Old God language which we have quite a few translated words for. Listening in game seems to have the sound files repeating, and also overlapping and interrupting each other so this is my reference rather than the in game sounds.

One thing that should be noted is that the grammar of this stuff is pretty wonky and I'm working off a limited word bank. Most translations won't be totally verbatim, but my goal is to match as many words as possible.

This one's interesting, it seems there are extra sounds at the end of thyzz which probably creates 'have' or something to that effect.
Thyzz y'za uovssh. - Long (have) I waited.
Here's one of the ones where I just don't know enough about the grammar to create a proper sentence.
Agthu qov quam Shath'Yar - World heart return Old Gods
A little shaky on this one.
Ilfah'maq oou. - You'll not die.

Illith zaix ez'hoq N'zoth. - You praise me, N'zoth.
