Note that after you unlock the Mechagnome allied race the only reason to do this quest line on alts afterward is to make the bloody quest icons go away. (I really wish Blizzard had not removed the ability to hide quests.) Unlike some of the other allied quest stuff, these quests are still doable on alts after you have completed the chain on one character, but they don't reward much except for a smattering of gold -- notably, no big azerite boosts or such.

Perhaps the least bad way to deal with this, so that Kelsey isn't always pestering you with the ! right Boralus's Tradewinds Market, is to do the quest through Waning Energy so that at least her ! is way over at the castle.
