I assume some of the Professions will have a hard time to get this title (and the next one for 1000) but there is a solution that worked fine for me.

Disclaimer: I am sure this is not the "best way" and you will click a LOT and its BORING....

Skill Tailoring until you can craft 32 slot Bags.
Buy Cloth of the AH for 500/1000 Bags.
Log on your Alt and Order 50 Bags from your Tailor - (Repeat on Multiple Chars if you want, only 50 at a time per Character). That costs ~5g per Bag)
Log on your Tailor and craft the bags
Repeat until you have 500/1000 Orders completed
Do whatever you want with the bags

I bought mats for ~50k and sold them for ~200k (1000 Bags) and got two titles. But it was a few hours of stupid logging and clicking.

Some things i learned:

Let friends order bags from your tailor too (less logging, way faster)
Advertise in Trade chat that you will craft bags. I offered people "free" bags (they have to pay 5g fee, but i will provide the mats) but maybe ~20 people wanted free 32 slot bags.
There are other reciped like "Simply Stitchted Reagent Bag" - you need less cloth but you can sell the real bags faster.
The title really is account wide and is available on Level 1
