For anyone else that's struggling to wrap their head around these "Champions" that you can fight: Unlocking Dreamsong Fenn allows you to speak with Dapperdew and initiate a play. This summons a random champion, which is the same for everyone and randomly selected by the game each day. Unlocking Dreamsong Fenn just allows you to initiate the play yourself; it doesn't unlock a specific champion (like I thought).

The in-game text made it seem like each area you unlocked would unlock a different champion. I hope this short explanation helps anyone else that's a little confused.

I was trying to figure out what happens when the orb in the anima collector fills up all the way. It seems to fill up to full before the 35,000 cap, so I was wondering for anybody who did do that: what happens? I suppose it's nothing?

I just reinforced Glitterfall Basin permanently, and it still allows me to channel to Dreamsong Fenn. For anyone looking for that information. My conductor is still at Teir 1.

I'm a tad confused. I unlocked the 1st tier (did the dailys etc.ect. to channel nodes 1 & 2). Got 1st node stream going/ perm. Unlocked tier two just before 2nd stream was full. I got the 2nd node/stream going perm.
Tier 2 is active, and I see the other nodes, but I can't stream to any says its locked.

I dont understand how to fix this?

The rank 3 daily enhancement buff, does that buff work in the mists of the tirna scithe and de other side dungeons? I doubt it would but its worth asking.

The primary purpose of unlocking the anima conductor is to enable the collection of Grateful Offerings. These offerings can be used to trade with various other items to Night Fae vendors for cosmetic rewards, battle pets and a mount.

In total 575 Grateful Offerings are required to collect all of the rewards as for patch 9.0.

That said, I unlocked the anima conductor as the 4th 'building' in my covenant. At this point, I've had the first level of the anima conductor active for about 2 months. In that time, just doing the first two nodes available (Dreamsong Fenn and Glitterfall Basin) nearly every day and collected 275 of the need 575 or roughly 48% of the total Grateful Offerings needed for collect all of the rewards.

About two weeks ago, I unlocked the 2nd level of the anima conductor activating Tirna Vaal and Hibernal Hollow and their associated daily quests.

In terms of time spent, the daily activities unlocked at the first level of the anima conductor are worth the time. The quests can be completed in a few minutes and reward 2 or 3 Grateful Offerings. However, the time sink of doing the quests that become available upon unlocking the second level of the anima conductor are unacceptably low.

An argument can be made that the quests at Tirna Vaal aren't too bad. But, the quests at Hibernal Hollow are an absolute waste of time. There is nothing particularly difficult about the quests, but they generally require 10-20 minutes of time running all over the map to collect various objects for 2 or 3 Grateful offerings.

I would highly recommend skipping the anima conductor daily quests at Hibernal Hollow unless you're a bit OCD or a hard core completionist. If you're planning on playing the game for a while its is far easier and less of a waste of time to just repeat the Dreamsong Fenn and Glitterfall Basin. It might take a little longer to get the rewards.

Just trying to help people manage their time rather than boost Activision's metrics for time played. There probably isn't anything that nefarious at play, but it does seem the questing team for Shadowlands has drastically diminished the bang for your buck of doing dailies.

I'll try to remember to update this with notes once I unlock the 3rd rank of the anima conductor.

In addition to gaining Court of Night reputation, you'll be working toward the achievement Ardenweald's a Stage, to complete all eight "plays" available through this encounter.

Like the anima conductors of the other covenants, you are able to see the anima flowing into the channeled part of ardenwaeld. If you choose to conduct anima to Hibernal Hollow you can look up into the top of the big tree there and see the stream of anima flowing between its branches.

I cannot figure out how to unlock Tier 3. I see the rewards for doing it but not actually HOW to do it. I have all 5 of the other conductors permanently reinforced. What do I do from here? I know it's something obvious that I'll feel stupid about not seeing but I CAN'T SEE IT lol

Just a note - for Ardenweald's a Stage, you have to kill all SEVEN bosses, not five or eight, and only after you complete this achievement, can you buy the Silky Shimmermoth mount. :)

ya, confused here too. I keep doing the Dapperdew, killing the boss, getting reward, go back to the AC and it's still on showing the quest. Killed other bosses to no effect. 4th time and no charm.
