~~Drums of Speed and~~ Drums of Panic still works at max level.
Drums of Restoration and Drums of Battle can only be used by players below level 80.

yo are they trying to phase out shamans completely? first give the mages a haste buff and then go ham on all other shammy specs, i mean enhance shamans aren't even viable at all anymore, all people want are resto, then they go off and take away the only useful thing for the class

In case anyone is wondering, the drum makes a total of 20 one-charge items (1 Magnificent Hide = 20 mini-Heroisms).

This appears to be a random Pandaria world drop like many of the other patterns and schematics introduced in patch 5.4. I believe it has a fairly high drop rate as I've now farmed 4 of the new patterns in about 15 minutes of grinding for each.

Specifically this dropped for me off of a Golden Tiger in the Jade Forest.

This dropped for me pretty quickly after I reached 600 leatherworking. Did not have to be lvl 90.

Tip for people farming this post-MoP:

Other comments say that you have to be 600 LW. I was 669, level 100, and farming for this during the first weeks of Legion. I was killing the sha-lings that are all over the place(Fragment/Manifestation of Pride), and some mogu, and nothing was dropping. The comments seemed to suggest that this was a pretty quick drop, like a lot of the other profession-specific drops in 5.4, but I was getting nothing.

Then I wondered if perhaps the requirement was that you be *max* LWing, and since 600 *was* max in MoP, those two things would seem the same.

I had some Burnished Leather on me and made a few Supple Leather items, maxed myself out at 700 LW(I hadn't trained in Legion LWing yet, so my skill level didn't go up to 800, just 700), and six kills later the pattern dropped.

I can't say for certain, of course, that this wasn't just a coincidence, but if you're not max LWing for the *current* expac, try maxing yourself out and farming, and see if that makes a difference.

After 500-600 Vestige of Pride kill I still did not loot anything from those mobs (not a single grey item). i decided to kill Manifestation of Pride mobs too in the same area and after 10-15 kills i got the pattern!

Guys, please help my sanity. Farming for the last 3 days non stop for the Drums of Rage pattern in Pandaria. I have max LW for all expansions. Why doesnt it drop? I lost count on how many mobs I farmed. Thousands. Something is off.

Did anyone try to Party Sync with a level 35 partner? Maybe that works but I dont have any friends to help me. I just want a confirmation that SOMEHOW it can still be obtained :(

Patch 10.2 - this was the last recipe I needed to have all MOP recipes. I got it after my 2nd Gulp Frog kill, having killed only 5 other mobs before starting this grind. It was over before it even began lol.
