These will drop from the valor items that will be costing justice points in 5.4. I believe those are the 5.0 items, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

It will require 3 Fragment de cristal sha to create Cristal sha, however the spell Création d’un cristal sha states that it uses only 2.

There is no real reason for this item to exist, sha crystals will bloat from timeless isle epic tokens alot faster than disenchanting these crafted/vendor items.

Would be really nice if we could "shatter" these into an ethereal shard so we could actually use them. I don't think I ever plan on killing Cinderfall or Foreboding Flames enough times to get 2 more.
