To get the eggs, right click on 10 Esturgeon jaune aveugle or 20 Petit esturgeon jaune aveugle while the quest is active. You'll get eggs in addition to Chair d'esturgeon jaune aveugle.

The best place I've found to fish these guys is at the Gloomshade Grove at about 36, 25 and it takes about 20 minute to farm out 40 of the small ones.

The fish needed to produce these can also be fished out of the water area around your fishing hut. A lvl 1 fishing hut allows you to catch the small Sturgeon, and it takes 20 to gut an clean, and the lvl 2 fishing hut allows you to catch the regular Sturgeon, and it takes 10 to gut and clean.

Fishing skill determines what size of fish you get. Skill also determines how much Chair d'esturgeon jaune aveugle, and how many of these eggs you get when filleting. So use lures or other Pêche gear while fishing (to catch more Esturgeon jaune aveugle énorme (and thus reduce the number of fish you need to catch (and maybe work on Hameçonneur d’esturgeons jaunes aveugles))), but also when filleting.

Bait determines what type of fish you get when fishing in open water (not pools). So use Appât à esturgeons jaunes aveugles, or keep hunting for pools, or do neither and just fish for longer (while you catch lots of Crescent Saberfish). But that would be silly because you'll catch some bait pretty quickly.

Save your extra fish eggs: before complete the daily fishing quest, you can mail the extra eggs to your alts, they can also use it for the quest, or just sell the extra eggs to the vendor, after completting the quest you can buy it back.

As of Feb 24/15 you can no longer buy or sell these on the auction house. They are now labelled "quest items" and cannot be auctioned. It was changed with the patch update.
