As of 7/5/14 this item is not usable by an alchemist with 600/600 skill in beta. For now, I'll be holding onto these "Your skill is too high for this item" items.

Hopefully this will change but these drop even if you don't have alchemy and are soulbound. Perhaps they are able to be used in a garrison or something? Otherwise, it's a wasted item.

Adding the required ingredients (5x Givrelette and 5x Ignescente (by right-clicking on the item with the required ingredients available) creates Fiole à potions réparée. It is appearently used for the Garrison alchemy quest , but that quest seems to have been removed from the game.

I was able to use it as lvl 95, alchemy skill 601.

I did not get any skill-up.

These things are really annoying, getting them on all my characters even though they don't have alchemy.

If you maxed your professions in Mists of Pandaria (to 600 skill) then this item is useless to you and can be safely sold to a vendor.

(pach 7.1.2.5) These are actually pretty useful if like me you picked up alchemy in legion and are doing some older draenor content for cosmetic items, mounts etc. since you need 800 Alchemy skill to make cauldrons for your raids, and those still give 5 skill per use.
