Objet qui se loot sur un pré requis :

Avoir l'arène d'entraînement actif - sinon, parlez à Penny Fourbidubas horde ou à Glirin pour l'Alliance
Vous devez avoir le sort Honneur du champion actif - Sort qui est disponible sur l'interface - , ce qui veux dire que le sort doit être déclenché et actif pour permettre de loot l'objet en question.

Vous avez donc 1 minute pour réussir à loot puis attendre le CD de 10 min pour retenter. Rassurez vous le pourcentage de loot est bien supérieur à celui affiché.
Assurez vous de faire un petit groupe de mob avant de lancer votre honneur du champion
Lorsque vous activerez votre gladiateur, faite en sorte que celui ci ne tue pas les mob en premier ( car sinon vous aurez 0 loot )

This can only drop when you have Champion's Honor active, the Gorgrond zone ability granted by the fight club building, which is why the drop rate appears to be so low. It is a part of the Prove your Strength Achievement.

Here's how I got all items for Prouver sa force in a timely manner:

Started off at Affliction Ridge (roughly 46,64) and got:

Cristal élémentaire from Fureur de vapeur ondulante
Oeil de Gronnlin from Gronn lance-pierres
Ecaille de Gronnlin from Gronnlin brise-os
Fleur botani from Ligevert botani
Dent de goren rongée par l'acide from Evideur goren

I then went north to the Ogron cave at 43.6 48.2for:

Corne d'ogron usée from Ogron briséchine

Back south to Mistcreep Mire (50,69) for:

Dard de guêpe from Aiguillonneur brume-rampante
Ecaille de basilic from Basilic du bourbier

And lastly, I ran south out of the mire into Razorbloom (48,74) for:

Epine d'orc from Orc contaminé
Griffe de ravageur from Ravageur verdoyant
Branche ancienne from Défenseur de la floralie

The last group at Razorbloom is a bit tricky to get in one go, but grab a coffee in between or something ;) (or write a WoWhead post like I did now). To get from the Bloom Defender at 48,74 to the ravagers and orcs on the other side easily you can get through the thorns surrounding the defender at 48.15 , 74,93.
Of course you can also do it in a different order per group, I did it on the spot. In the end you got 10 minutes in between each time so it won't get any faster than 40-50 minutes anyhow.

For max-level MM hunters trying for the Prove Your Strength achieve: the mob that drops this item (mistcreep stinger) is in the air and neutral/yellow, so consequently can be hard to aggro without one-shotting. Have been using my nerf bat on all the other mobs, so as to give my champion a chance to strike and deliver the item drop we need for the achieve, but had to get creative here.

So, I removed every single piece of gear including weapon, turned on my champion, used Tranquilizing Shot (the only thing I had that didn't slaughter the lvl 40 mobs immediately), toggled auto-attack OFF, and let my champion get a punch in. Then toggled on auto-attack and cold-cocked the stinger once to death.

There could be another way (and other classes may have it easier), but this works for my class/level after Shadowlands.
