Works like Mouture, allowing anyone to mill herbs into pigments for Inscription inks. Works like other tools so it's not consumed.

Run this one whenever you login:

Use this to Mill - For this to work you must name this macro "Milling2"

This can be created by a scribe in the scribes quarters, just like you can have them make other things. I suspect that you can continue to use it if you replace the scribes quarters with something else. It is non-consumable and you can even make these and mail them to someone else.

This can be used to mill Legion herbs into Legion Pigments.
Tested @ lvl 100, but not above.

Prepatch for dragonflight hit, 10.0.0, & when using this item in garrison on WoD herbs I am greeted with an error message "Requires draenor inscription: 1"

It is now obsolete. It doesn't require profession, yet it also doesn't do anything. You can mill your herbs at the Scribe's Quarters itself, like in Inscription window.
