~~For Horde, Le butin de Flèchelame rewards the items to start all the primary crafting professions.~~ Looks like Blizzard removed that quest, thus changing how you acquire these items. I received them before I had finished the Bladespire Fortress quest line with my most recent character. The quests are two or 3 steps long and the final reward is an item you click to enable Draenor crafting as well as the level 1 blueprint for the related garrison building.

Guide de pêche en Draenor and Secourisme en Draenor both are found while fishing (as well as world drops) and Journal de cartographie fragile is found while digging. The remaining profession items -- Les joies de la cuisine de Draenor, Compendium sur les herbes de Draenor, Traité sur le minage en Draenor and Guide du dépeçage sur Draenor are random drops from out in the world. They do not have an associated quest, you just right click to learn the skill to the new Draenor max of 700.

NOTE: you can gather before you find these items, but if your skill is already level 600 you won't get any skill ups until you use the appropriate item.

Agreed, Dorogg the Ruthless from The Butcher of Bladespire drops this item also. Also dropped the Engineering one for me as well at same time so im assuming he'll drop all the others as well.

It appears to be a zone drop if you already have killed Dorogg, good news for toy collectors. I had one drop from a nearby Stonestained Ogre.

I just dropped Engineering and Picked up JC for the toy. This would not drop until I destroyed the engineering quest starter in my bags. After I did it dropped on the next kill.

Considering I didn't find specific and accurate information about this item for toy collectors, I will spam here and on the other similar topics what I learned about this.

I dropped herbalism in order to get JC. My JC skill is 7. I have cleared all the quests in Frostfire ridge before, so killing Dorogg the Ruthless again was impossible for me. So I was killing the ogres under Bladespire citadel. It took me about 20-30 kills before the item dropped.

I already started JC boutique in garrison but it was not finished when the item dropped. The building was in progress.

Even though it says this on the item.... I think it's worth confirming that you do need to be a jewlecrafter for this item to drop for those that haven't noticed the item text. Just having a gem boutique isn't enough (in fact you don't need a gem boutique at all).

As long as you are a jewlecrafter the item will drop (I think from anything). I got mine from the sootstained ogres around bladespire fortress

Ok, well, apparently this item drops off of Dorogg (not sure if that's how it's spelled), but Blizz removed him from game and I made a ticket with Blizz, this is what they said:

"GM: 15:31:04
There have been no recent drops reported and as such according to the developers the Intricate Crimson Pendant (115287) is no longer dropping in the game.

GM: 15:31:11
If people have it from before, they can use it.

GM: 15:31:52
Now that's not to say it will always be that way, just currently it's that way."

After reading some of the comments here tonight I was a bit unsure whether I could still get this item, but decided to give it a go.

It dropped from a Sous-chef de Noir-de-Suie after about a dozen kills. I had already killed Dorogg, so getting it from him was out of the question.
I had already built the Gem Boutique btw.

All you need for this item to drop is a level 90+ Horde with Jewelcrafting 1+. You do not need the garrison building, Draenor jewelcrafting unlocked, etc.

Simply get a Horde to 90, train Jewelcrafting, then go to the southside of Bladespire Citadel in Frostfire Ridge, and kill the ogres there. Mine dropped after about 6 kills. Nice and easy!

Trying to get the 300 toy achievement and tried farming for this quest item for the JC toy. Already did the quests back in WOD so was farming ogres trying to get the drop. An hour later and it hasn't dropped for me. I'm at 627 JC, have a level 3 garrison, and no JC hut in it. Guessing my rng luck isn't all that great or something's bugged. I'll try again another day for it.

Edit: Remembered I had an Orc Death Knight that I boosted a while ago and never really used. Logged onto him, picked up JC, went to Wor'Gol to pick up the quest chain for Dorogg. It dropped from an ogre during the quest to plant banners on them after about 5 kills. So if it doesn't drop for you guy who went through all the quests, maybe try a class trial or something.

To anyone who is still confused as to how to get this item after Legion :

I had a lvl 100 maxed JC with rank 3 Gem post in her garrison, but didn't do any quests at all in Frostfire.
So ,i went to Wor'gol and started the quest chain that should lead me to kill "Dorogg the Ruthless".
I killed him 30 times ,He dropped all kinds of crap but no JC item. I then finished the quest chain and started killing ogres around the quest area for about an hour, Still no drop.
So, i switched to my lvl 100 boosted DK, learned JC , Started the quest chain again and the Intricate Crimson Pendant laterally dropped from the first mob i killed while i was on " Gormaul Tower" quest. Didn't have Gem boutique in my garrison.

This just dropped for me from grimfrost ogres, so I'm guessing it drops from any ogre in Frostfire.

Picked up lvl 1 JCing in Warspear, flew over to bladespire citadel, walked inside (ground floor), killed a few ogres and it dropped after the , like, 9th one.

BATTLE FOR AZEROTH and beyond (Includes Class Trial Method)

Minimum Requirements to loot Pendentif cramoisi complexe that leads to Pendentif en diamant flamboyant:
1) Horde Character (level 90+)
2) Level 1 Garrison
3) Level 1 Jewelcrafting (NOT required Draenor Jewelcrafting)

IF YOU DON'T HAVE A LEVEL 90+ HORDE OR YOU DON'T WANT TO REPLACE YOUR PROFESSIONS, SEE BELOW:

LEVEL 110 CLASS TRIAL STEPS (Same may apply for future expansions):
1) Create a HORDE Level 110 Class Trial
2) Hearsthone to Orgrimmar
3) Go to (72 35), speak to Lugrah and learn Jewelcrafting
4) Go to Portal Room (57 90) and click Portal to Warspear, Ashran
5) Fly to Frosfire Ridge OR take a flight path to Frostwall Garrison, Frostfire Ridge. (Flight Path is much faster than flying by your own)
6) Talk to Long-voyant Drek’Thar (41 67) and accept Le chant du givre et du feu
7) Complete the short questline (7 quests) which ends with Établir votre fief

Congratulations, now you are eligible to loot Pendentif cramoisi complexe

Don't get confused by 'Dropped by' section of this item.
This item can be looted by any ogre.
Best place I found is Sootstained Mining Camp (Frostfire Ridge), northwest from your garrison.
There is a cave there with many ogres close to eachother (Cave entrance 29.6 42.2)

The Ogres on the bridge leading up to Bladespire Citadel drop these prof quest items. I've gotten them here for various professions. Doesn't seem to matter if you've trained the WOD prof or not or if you've done any questing in FFR or not. Takes maybe 20-25 kills of any of the Bladespire ogres in this area: /way 22 40 Bladespire Ogres
