This is functionally equivalent to Potion de mana canalisé draenique if you are looking for more of these.

at 84,35 you'll see a path going up the side of the mountain towards Time-Lost Glade. Follow that path but instead of going into the Glade stick to the path hugging the mountain where you should see some flags pretty quickly. Go out towards the cliff until you see Renzo l’explorateur.

Just hop on the glider & it's a straight shot to Brilliant Dreampetal.
