It's filled Piranha sauvage can be caught from the central lake in A’shran from Bassin de piranhas sauvages (you must be PvP flagged)

You can also purchase Flesh from your Garrison's Comptoir Niveau 1 vendor for Ressources de fief.

After use make you look like orc assassin or pirate.

This item does something similar to the Savory Deviate Delights from vanilla WoW. The difference is instead of being a Human Pirate/Ninja, you're a brown Orc Pirate/Ninja!

It's caught from inland bodies of water in Ashran (you must be in the PVP area).

For some odd reason, Patch 6.1 deleted all of these from our inventories. Many of my guildies and myself noticed that we were missing these come 6.1 day...
