These trinkets random enchantments will not contain any proc! I got a 40 critical strike and 49 spirit (lol ye) as random values on my warrior, and I can definitely say this trinket will not ever see any use as long as any (even unupgraded) green trinket from questing in Gorgond-talador is way better.

Might be lucky and sell them in the AH.

So, For anyone interested, and Will post this on the other 2 card types as well,
The ocean Tarot Card will NOT proc Spirit or Bonus Armor stats.
The Laughing Tarot Card will NOT proc Bonus armor, but will proc Spirit for a stat.
And lastly, the Savage Tarot will NOT proc Bonus armor or spirit.
I'm not sure if it's an intended thing, or just bad luck, but after making 200 cards, a mix of all, I have not found any with Bonus armor, and only the Laughing with spirit.

Also, while putting the cards up on auction and tapping the item, it shows you what random enchants they can/will have.. the Ocean and Savage don't have any of the suffix's that would make them Bonus armor or Spirit, and the Laughing one does have spirit.
For the only pieces of gear that are supposed to have spirit or bonus armor, kind of hard to have the stats when it's not even on the gear.
