For the Iron Docks quest Le prix du sang, it is possible for a warrior to jump then heroic leap over the fence on the ledge near this to loot it without aggroing the mobs nearby

It reduces movement speed with 50%, you give 50% extra damage on mobs. Use on boss, combined with heroism effect and other abilities with huge cooldowns, and it will be nice!

If you can't find it in Iron Docks: it only shows up in Heroic difficulty or higher. (Also, here's a screenshot by nirv from D’humeur un tantinet morose.)
