At Present (beta) : After completing the first boss you will go up a set of steps where you have a choice to go right or left, tanks should choose right, as this is where the quest item is at, after that group of mobs has been cleared, look to the right of the steps that lead up to the second bosses room. It will be found on a table near large pottery.

After defeating Ranjit, head up the stairs and look on the table to the right of the next set of stairs. You will find your quest item there.
