Loot à l'instant au nouveau colisée de Draenor, je confirme les commentaires des joueurs anglophones, il ne fonctionne pas actuellement. Le buff apparaît bien mais ne s'active pas, donc on ne gagne absolument pas 75% de dégats, ni de points de vie ni de taille. J'imagine que Blizzard compte régler le problème.

EDIT : avec le patch 6.1, l'objet n'est plus "totalement" bugué. En effet, il octroie correctement les dégâts et le bonus HP mais ne réduit pas les soins reçus comme écrit dans la description.

After 16 hours of tedious High maul coliseum losses I finally got my Tittle and was handed this beauty of an item which is actually a SPELL.

I guess everyone will be wondering if you can use it in PvP and Arena and the answer is YES!

Even if it is a one hour cool down the up side outweighs this sexy beast of a Spell. The effects stack and seems to be not tied with Blood-lust/Ancient hysteria/time warp.

The only bummer (if it is as rare as I think) the 16 hours of playing I have never seen it drop untill I got it. Even the raid members went crazy.

I hope this helped and good luck with trying to beat Paladins and Death knights in the ring! They really are quite the more "dominant" Ring masters. Target them at all costs. :)

This item is obtained from winning the Highmaul Coliseum.

If you want to get this item, you'll need a Gladiator Sanctum level3. (Collect 4k Broken Bones)
You can then queue for a 10 man FFA fighting arena called Highmaul Coliseum.
The last man standing wins.

The item provides a buff, so you can click it off if you want to heal.
I recommend using this line in a heal macro "/cancelaura Unleashed Mania"
Unlimited use, no charges. (Just 1 hour cd)

It was rumoured that this worked in Arena, it does not.
This item does not work in Battlegrounds either.
While item description doesn't tell it, the item only seem to work in Draenor.
It does actually work inside the Highmaul Coliseum. (tested today)

With that in mind, the item does work in Ashran.
Therefore I also strongly believe that this item will work in future Draenor raids.

Does not work for me.

I keep trying to use it whenever cooldown is up but I don't receive any damage/hp bonus or healing reduction.

It appears this item does not work while shapshifted, as a druid I have tried it in the highmaul arena as both Balance and Feral. Each time I receive the buff but no increase to health or damage.

This item literally does nothing. Use it and watch your HP pool and damage done before and after the buff falls off.

It does nothing to increase your max HP.

It does nothing to increase your damage done.

It does nothing to decrease the healing you receive.

I've submitted a bug report, but nothing has been done.

Indeed, a fix is on the way Bloembak. Just to let you know that it will most likely require a client-side patch so it may be a little while before the item is usable again.

Despite the fact this item say reduce all healing received by 100%. ~~It does NOT affect your self healing. Only affect others healing input.~~
It does not reduce healing received AT ALL.

Unleashed Mania isn't a 100% drop. I thought it was, but when I didn't recieve it when I won highmaul coliseum, made a ticket and GM told me it may take a couple of wins depending on RNG.

Manie déchaînée is one of 12 unlimited-use zone-specific buff items available in game. It is usable only in Draenor.
Manie déchaînée has a chance to be contained in Trésor de Cognefort which is the reward for the last player alive in Le Colisée which is accessed from the Sanctum du Gladiateur Niveau 3.

I won in The Coliseum for the first time and got this, so it does have a chance to be included in the chest (sadly I won it on a healer).
