I wonder if this works with those Ogres in Blade's Edge Mountains, Outland, who get you drunk when they hit you with their steins? I can see a few fights this could help on.

For those who often get drunk and need something that "sobers you up" frequently, use Espresso brûlétoile.
It is not as effective as the blackrock coffee, but it can be crafted by cooking.
