The mount will come on the toon that earns the achievement! That might mean that random alt on another realm you logged into JUST to get the looms. If you are like me I opened every single loom that I had, then realized I'd received no mount - it was in the mailbox of one of my alts.

I didn't know that the character that unlocks the achievement gets the reward. It's been more than 30 days since I unlocked it and now it's been deleted from my inbox. I submitted a ticket to Blizzard and I'll edit this once they respond.

I definitely understand that mistakes can happen! Normally, this sort of thing is permanent, but because you let us know right away, I was able to send a new Clinking Present to Laeth's in-game mail. In the future, please check your mail when something valuable is waiting, as we might not be able to correct this sort of error again. :-)

I got the achievement today and the mount went directly into my mount collection.

Yes, after collected 35 heirloom item, it appear in your Mounts page automatically
